PR reverted

This PR had been merged with v2-mst-aptd-at-lcz-sty but then I figured all E2E tests broke due to some Babel/webpack parsing/compilation error (see https://github.com/vercel/next.js/issues/20952) so I reverted the merge from the branch (rebase, force push) until the issue is solved.

Summary

• ✅ All sensitive issues were resolved. The Jest warning issue will be fixed later on, awaiting help.
• ⚠️ Some breaking changes due to Emotion v10 > v11 migration.
• Most dependencies were updated
  • Next.js wasn't updated
