Feature request: force re-encode in same format

good morning, i hope this isn't a duplicate topic but couldn't find it so far,

i would like to re-encode some files that i had previously encoded from h.265 to h265 via NVENC but this time use CPU (to shrink file size basically)

i couldn't get the file tester to pickup the source files so i'm wondering if this could be implemented somehow.

This feature is already included in the Transcode Video Files plugin. I've attached a screenshot that shows the options location.
