Create a simple test to make sure models run #11

Should be part of pytest
It should build a simple model (SEIR Connected) like the one on the readme.
For now, there should be no checks. Next iteration should extract counts and compare them to ensure reproducibility.

@IsaccBarker, here is another issue to tackle. We need a test for the model (make sure it runs). We can talk more tomorrow about what to do next. The CI is not in the best spot (as it is), we can talk more about it tomorrow as well.
