- opt_geogrid_table_path (namelist.wps)
- opt_metgrid_table_path (namelist.wps)
- opt_output_from_geogrid_path (namelist.wps)
- opt_output_from_metgrid_path (namelist.wps)
- auxinput1_inname (namelist.input)
and calling wrf/wps executables by their full path, or adding them to PATH
In reviewing #3 I noticed that the experiment dir is quite messy, as it is a big flat dump of all files. I wonder if it is possible to put geogrid/ungrib/metgrid/w2s/real/wrf output in dedicator subfolders, and keep the top-level only for things like namelists, log files, et cetera.
