MMD Tools - IK toggle key frames are not working #109

Key frames that turn on and off IK bones are not working, Ik bones are either always on or off and the frames that are supposed to toggle them do nothing at all, this happens with an imported VMD animation.

MMD tools 2.9.1 Blender 3.6.1
