The bug

Houses, containers, and placeable things disappeared (sometimes houses turned back into tents), and money, items, and progress were rolled back. This might happen because of a server update, crash, or restart, and the save files may have been rolled back. The servers are not stable and crash from time to time. 

When will this problem be fully resolved? What have the devs done so far?

Since the game's release, the saving system has had persistent issues, resulting in lost progress and missing items. The developers have been actively addressing these issues, identifying and resolving many of their underlying causes. However, the game's complexity, with constant updates and new features, makes it difficult to identify and resolve all issues quickly. While the developers have made significant progress, ongoing updates add to the complexity, so a complete fix may take time.

The servers become more stable and reliable in saving progress.

Just logged in today to one of my houses being completely gone, but while I'm in the other one beside it I can still see the items in my other house? It's so confusing. Worst part is I had all of my good loot in that house and had almost upgraded the electric. I was playing on two other servers and every time I would try placing a house in this one area I would be slingshotted back to the outpost and the tent would be gone. It's things like this that make me not even wanna play this game anymore. If I have to start from square one every day I load back in. All was after the update btw and this thing that happened today happened on BaconLife - US East -Updated 3/18

Lost all houses/ everything on server uuvana 7. Lost cause at this point because other players have already settled into the spot fully built houses were built on. Also have lost half of the containers full of items and items in the boxes that did not disappear. While setting things down in a fenced in area where "only players are able to pick them up" they continue to go missing after logging in and out of the game. - @isnowcloud

The houses not spawning back after the server shutdown indicates that it was not saved to the list that keeps track of all the houses on the map. I will add a backup script that goes through all the houses every 10 minutes and makes sure they are added to this list.

my older house vanished along with everything i had and im left with a newly constructed house from this afternoon someone else's tent respawned which has previously decayed

I placed my first turret down on my fence, it made the sound like it placed but it is definitely not there and no longer in my inventory. Literally 13k for the kit just gone like that. I tried relogging and nothing appeared still. Uuvana 7 name:Teknickal

I believe it’s the same bug as #492

I'm pretty sure it's the same bug because turrets just teleport in the far sky (so you can't see them), possibly turning into bags or sometimes teleporting into the sea, like this one. #509

It happen to me every time I try to place a turret on my property on the new island near the north bridge. I lost over 6-8 turret this way and my property is undefended.
