From the highlighted text below (Section 3.1), it appears that the user embedding function is explicitly used in the inference phase. It might be beneficial to include the user embedding function as an input.

Updated Figure 2 in commit 3b09d2c. It now shows that the user's info is the input to the user embedding function, which outputs a user embedding for further actions. Issue closed.
