Sorry for the translation, Maybe what I did is temporary but somehow the mapGenie elden ring was unlocked on the mobile. First install the Kiwi browser app that allows the installation of extensions. Then just install the .zip from Google. Then I logged into MapGenie and then reloaded the extension along with the MapGenie elden ring page, but you can't see the extension options here but I tried anyway to pass the 100 "Found" I also tried reloading the page and it continues working perfectly. Now I don't know if this helps you but anyway I hope it helps you.

Use firefox mobile, it supports extensions and the kiwi browser is pretty unreliable from what I've heard.
