[Bug] FNLU GroundRadar Stand Labels Update #3

@RoboFun01, do you want to give this one a try. The idea is to move from ES Text Labels into GroundRadar Labels. We also need to correct GroundRadar Stand Data, as per Navigraph.

Also, stands C1, C2 and C3 allow for B77W and A346, per the NOTAMs:

@miguelalbano When you are able, can you please convert and add these paths to the .sct file in GnG. Is it for stands A1-A6 which isn't currently in the sector files. I will add the GroundRadar data for it so long. FNLU Stands SCT Additions.zip
