Upstream still packages openssl 1.1.x, so oscam and tvheadend could be switched to use it.

About the failing packages:

• oscam: This package is not autobuilt (as I don't trust source integrity if the only source, I have, is SVN, which does not have hashes to secure the repo integrity) and not synced to AUR. Probably it should be dropped from here completely. I don't know if it has something worth archiving which is not already in one of the AUR versions. But I'm OK with keeping and ignoring it for now. Should be reconsidered in future though.
• tvheadend: I'm OK with disabling autobuild for now. This PKGBUILD is also not synced to AUR as the AUR package is maintained not by me. But here my PKGBUILD has some specialties that I want to keep. Probably I'll move this PKGBUILD to my own private GitHub context and mark it as archived. No need to keep this here. It was an experiment as I only use VDR behind Kodi and I hoped tvheadend could be better suited in this case. But in my opinion tvheadend is a dead, unmaintained, project.
