Use a darker text color for the "mesa" preset #73

This PR adjusts the data cell text color for the "mesa" preset

Looks lovely! I think they are good as they are, or alternatively could both be gray[800]

I felt like gray[800] was too dark for the header cells. But maybe it's better to use the same color?

I decided to use the same color. The human brain can probably subconsciously detect the difference and cause the viewer to feel unsettled.
