"Overlay" variable - can we just call it "color"? #755

Found users had trouble knowing what "overlay" means. Since we don't have plans to introduce any other types of overlay other than color in the near future, can we go ahead and change the user-facing heading to say "Color"?

@danicahelb @nkittur-uga have you experienced similar confusion?

I can't say that I have seen clinepi users confused about "overlay". I would hesitate to change "overlay" to "color" because overlay is a form of data stratification and that's what we are doing (color is just a way of displaying the data stratification). Happy to discuss!
