EDA - mosaic plot statistics tab has no spinner during update #1250

As it says in the title! The regular table tab does have spinner technology.

Also I think there's a UX issue with the 2x2

Updating "2x2 table quadrant A values" causes a spinner (when not cached with react-query) but the main plot (and table) do not change when the request is complete. The stats table does update (but has no spinner). But the user may be confused that the plot and main table do not change after the quandrant A values are changed. Should we actually change the ordering of the plot and table too?
