4 years ago OK, actually it is working … but your documentation could use some help.
- put your PODS content types in "post_types" of wpm-config.json
- put your PODS custom fields of each content type into "post_fields" of wpm-config.json
- THEN disable and reenable your theme for WP-ML to pick up the config changes
PODS is a simple and straight forward way to extend content types in WP with great support for the REST API. Currently it does not seem to be possible to config WPML to extend to the fields that the custom content types of PODS have (it works for the core types: title, etc.). Hence i'd like to suggest to add an integration for PODS: https://de.wordpress.org/plugins/pods/
