Game does not render the ability cooldown wipes, flickering instead on all heroes and situations.

Specs: AMD FX 6300 Six-Core 3.5Ghz Ram: 8 GB OS: Windows 10 64-Bit GPU: Sapphire AMD R9 380 Steam runs off of ADATA HD650 External Hard Disk, All drivers updated.

Duplicate of #5 . We know what this bug is, awaiting a fix from Autodesk for Scaleform.
