Crownfall Token Disappeard when purchasing in Crownfall store

Hi as per the description, i'm trying to buy the Arcana but the crownfall tokens 10x for discount was gone. kindly help me on this one.

same here, i wanted to purchase pathfinder pack and it said failed but my discount coin is gone https://steamcommunity.com/id/astianafif2/ then i check my inventory history the coins is used

Having the same problem.

After activating the token, and trying to purchase pathfinders pack: there was a loading icon, a message for a failed transaction.

Token was consumed, but nothing has its price reduced anymore

Same here, want to get 9 treasure chests - when added money to steam balance -> coins gone, money still on acc and nothing bought
