FPS Drop On 8K Polling Mouse After Crownfall Update #17626

Description

Dota 2 has massive FPS drop and fluctuations while using 8KHz Polling rate on HyperX Pulsefire Haste 2 Wired Mouse. Please note:

1.) This issue did not exist pre Crownfall patch update. 2.) FPS is normal when I reduce Polling rate to 4K and lower.

I am having the same issue, even if I drop my mouse to 1kHz or 2kHz I still have major FPS drop if I move the mouse across the screen it will go from 250fps to 30fps. If you scroll sideways and then make big movements all the character models lagg. Adjusting the mouse settings has made 0 difference, it was fixed for a brief period at the end of May, but back now in June.
