Loading to game #18138

Description

Hello Ever since the patch 7.36 released, I have a problem that when a match is found and I accept, it takes so long to get to the pick phase that It exceeds the 30 seconds penalty time and I miss the game. I don't think that laptop is the problem because it sometimes(very rarely) makes it to the pick phase and I've played couple games just fine without any lag and fps problem.

Many of my friends are facing same issue. Please take a look into this. Also the graphics keep improving day by day resulting in many of my friends leaving the game https://steamcommunity.com/app/570/discussions/0/4334230222055840086/?ctp=5
