input lag after act 3 update (impossible to play) #19970

Description

1) From the beginning of the game there is a delay between pressing the mouse/key and the hero's action - delay about 3 sec. 2) Tried: Use console-command: cl_clock_recvmargin_enable (didn't help); Delete-inslall game (didn't help); Change window modes (in a window, , full-screen mode) (didn't help); 3 )I've been seeing similartopics was created on the forums: reddit, steamcommunity (more than 200 people reported a similar problem) 4) The same problem - ticket number (there are better screenshots): #19894

hopefully valve pays attention to this, the same problem happened earlier this year and apparently they fixed with a patch so many people on steam community are complaining about it

Please Valve I can't play any non-local games anymore because of this terrible input lag that doesn't go away. The ping and fps are completely normal and yet every command, click etc takes several seconds to respond.

its really annoying, valve hasnt even responded to it all we can do is keep reporting on steam and creating new topics here in github

also i tested that if u play on a new acc it lags less idk why

I have the same, plus i'm playing for a long time in "windows" mode, since full screen bugged for years...

Any new updates? WHy that happens? Someone described in other issue that it has reference to new "command" in settings which called "antilag", but i dont have it, since i'm on old GPU.

no answer from valve, its so annoying, it has being 2 weeks already
