Turbo mode mathc queue stuck in infinite "Confirming match" loop #22299

Description

Whenever a player queues for a Turbo match, it is stuck in an infinite loop of "Confirming match" resetting every now and then, and might even end up with a penalty for the player who queued.

Example Match ID (and possibly Timestamp)

It doesn't happens only in Turbo but also in regular ranked matchmaking, in particular: Ranked Roles Match / All Pick / Europe West. It's already 4 or 5 days it happens. Right now (16 October 2024 21:58) i'm stuck in this status for almost 10 minutes, with the confirming match status keep resetting. THIS IS FRUSTRATING.

I have no proof, but I wouldn't be surprised if it has to do with Dota Plus avoid list.

I have the same problem, confirming match for ages. Queuing turbo in eu west

Same, it takes several minutes to show the pop up to confirm the match. And some times, it is resetted. Its been a while (1 week) with the same issue.
