Its a joke or scam ?... Its 16. week in battle pass and still 0 arcana dropped in candy works my friends got 2, 3 and me nothing ! what about this problem ?

I've been running the store for 16 weeks, never dropped out, now after donating I bought 43 items in the store, but there are no arcana

I am in the same position. I spent almost 300 candies on couriers, almost 70 re-rolls. My best friend who did not invested anything in compendium got 4 arcanas. Dear steam support,

My name is Andrei and I am one of most tenured Dota2 players.I am reaching to you for a specific situation related with the candy works section of the battle pass. I will kindly request you to investigate my account and please let know if there are any issues related with the trophying system for Arcana items. To better explain, since the candy works system was lunch I ever never receive an Arcana, while my friends had receive up to 4 arcana items. It is hard for me to believe that the probability of getting arcana is so low given the fact that I played a lot of games and use my re-rolls with no joy. While I understand that Dota2 it is a free game and It was my decision to voluntary spend money in to the game, and also that this should not represent an advance or a status among the other players, please take in to consideration the fact that I spend a lot of money on compendium and different events across previous years. I am currently in a position in witch I have to many candies with so many low quality items to chose from and the of the reasons I upgraded my compendium was to joy the Diretide event. The reason why I wanted to point out the financial aspect is because I have trust in your judgement that you will investigate my case truly and that you will not ignore my unfortunate situation and give me a predefined message. The Candyworks choices are random -- sometimes, you will see the same choices present in rerolls. We are unable to change the results of a reroll or provide more rerolls. However, you can earn up to 10 maximum rerolls per week by playing Dota.
