I confirm:

Symptoms

After the launcher present the option to "Launch DARK VOID", click on it makes it crash (in the proton log I see a "Unhandled page fault on read access to 00000000...")

Note: tried on Wayland (KDE) and Xorg (icewm), the result is the same.

Another case when it doesn't work on AMD but it worked on NVIDIA -- tried on my laptop, pasting the steam log here. steam-45710-nvidia.log

@Patola It's working on my setup on stable, beta, and bleeding edge with the only issue being a few test patterns before the main menu. Plasma xorg 6.0.4, mesa 24.0.6, kernel 6.8.7 (stock), and RX6600.

Thanks for the info, I will try with other variations (e.g. gnome in xorg, KDE in xorg, I only tried icewm).

I am not sure what I did but after removing the prefix of the game once again with regular proton and using the CD code once again at startup, it started working both under Xorg and Wayland. Go figure.
