Half Life 2 Save Button No Longer Works #3702

I can no longer save in any episode of the Half Life 2 series. The Save Button no longer functions and I cannot take a photo/snippet of the problem. I have attempted to reinstall Half Life 2 for all episodes, but the Save button no longer functions for any series.
