Ok, PC Specs: Windows 7 64 bit, EVGA GeForce GTX 295 Co-Op Edition, Intel i7 4770k Unlocked, 2 x 120 GB SSD's Kingston, 4 x 4 GB Kingston Ram 1600 mHz, 1000 Watt Power Supply & MSI Z87-GD65 Gaming (MS-7845) Motherboard.
Problem: When I am spraying the bullets stop for around 1-2 seconds and they continue after. There is also another issue where the bullets skip while spraying but one problem at a time. The updates didn't help CS but ruined it...
Check List: I have checked my USB, Mouse.

P.S. Version of Counter-Strike 1.6 Protocol version 48 Exe version 1.1.2.7/Stdio (cstrike) Exe build: 13:14:12 Aug 29 2013 (6153) There is no output command from the command line.

Valve introduced this bug in the latest updates and then went afk and is ignoring all requests to fix this major bug that they created.
I think that bug appeared after this change: "-Improved firing behavior in Counter-Strike, Counter-Strike:Condition Zero and Half-Life Deathmatch, it is no longer dependant on client or server frame rate. This change needs both your client and server updates to see the improvements." Specifically: "it is no longer dependant on client or server frame rate"
I can debug that situation when I can reproduce it. And i think i will have more info about it and maybe i can fix it.

seems to only happen with fps_override on 1 and fps_max > 100
also seems that its only a visual issue, as the missed shots were still breaking things on func_breakable_range_map
this same bug exists in DOD 1.3 as well
I have a problem where when I spray/burst/tap shoot it suddenly stops completely and continues after 1 second or so. I have checked, it's not the mouse or the usb port. Does anyone have any information about this issue?
