[HL1/CS1.6] [CS:S] Minor cosmetic issues #1974

I have noticed some small cosmetic issues...

  1. The "Multiplayer" button in Half-Life 1 Options menu and the "Lock" button in Counter-Strike: 1.6 Options menu are missing their right borders:

    hl1 Half-Life 1

    cs16 Counter-Strike: 1.6

  2. Scrollbars in Counter-Strike: Source have bad (reversed) theme:

i have the same issue, using Ubuntu 13.04 Raring Ringtail (64 bit)

Same cosmetic issue in Counter-Strike: Condition Zero...

More than three years later and these bugs are still not fixed.
