The desktop binding UI shows eveytime I start SteamVR

I have had the exact same issue for a long time. At some point, this issue somehow disappeared, but returned recently.

What I did was rebind a action in Half Life Alyx. After that it started really annoying having that thing come up every time. More so since I develop a VR game and work alot with Steam VR

Confirmed . I have same issue. I don't have Half Life Alyx.

I don't think it's related to Alyx, more so that I used the UI. After some state is persisted that makes steamvr believe it should open the UI every single start.
