[GoldSrc] Closing console with ~ button doesn't exit menu. #1441

After today's Half-Life update, whenever you close the console with the default console button, it doesn't close the menu and take you back to the game. You have to press escape after closing console to return to game.

Also ` shows up in console when you open it again.

Minor issue, but I thought I'd go ahead and report it anyway.
