ladderly certifies you if you have passed our own skill certifications for html, css, and others, plus submitted a satisfactory portfolio
we can have higher levels of certification to overcome the "weak or problem" where basic certification respects any of ladderly skill cert, linkedin skill cert, and indeed skill cert (maybe also pluralsight or degreed as well)
here are some levels:

Level 2 means you have Ladderly+1 skill certs for all required skills
Level 3 means you have Ladderly+LinkedIn+1 skill certs for all required skills
Level 4 means you have Ladderly+LinkedIn+1 skill certs for all required skills AND t-shaped skill certs AND passed multiple rounds of interview prep (2+ rounds of whiteboard and behavioral...consider allowing third parties like interviewing.io)
Level 5 is the current highest level - it's Level 4 + certified Advanced Checklist
required skills are subject to change, but currently: html, css, and react
additional suggested skills: javascript, typescript, git, next.js, full stack developer
