Missing LICENSE file #98

Presumably this mod is supposed to be under CC BY-NC-SA 3.0 (based on https://github.com/VazkiiMods/AkashicTome/blob/master/src/main/resources/META-INF/mods.toml and the Curseforge page), however there is no LICENSE file in the root directory, making it unclear to casual viewers browsing the github repo what the license is.

On a related note, the CF page currently says "Akashic Record is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 Unported License" in the license popup, which isn't the current name of the mod.
