Disable Polymorph Stacking prevents the Dragonshifter capstone from functioning. #722

The new Dragonshifter capstone, Greater Wyrmshifter, does not work when the "Disable Polymorph Stacking" setting is on. The character goes through the casting animation, and the log registers it being cast, but the character does not change form upon the casting finishing, nor do they gain any of the benefits the form should provide.

This only affects Greater Wyrmshifter; Wyrmshifter and Improved Wyrmshifter both function fine.
