Issue on Description edition #3

When I edit a description and type in the input... If i make new line more than the height of the input field, the text typed will be hidded. The cursor is not followed by the view... The cursor must be visible everytime and follow the characters typed in the input.

I have verified this behavior on

Web desktop navigator -> OK
Android Emulator -> OK
Android smartphone : when whe click Enter for a newline at the bottom of Input box there is no scrolling to the top and we stay on the same line. but we can scroll with finger sliding, it's Ok No test on Iphone Yet

I have to examine the input component for a correct scrolling and behavior on smartphone ! It's a standard blazor component with some options that I maybe can change.
