Vectorize galaxy map icon for repairing starports #89

The icon for repairing starports is not on EDAssets. There are two versions, one for the marker itself: i_view32_2019-01-02_20-28-41

And one for the options in the last tab: i_view32_2019-01-02_20-28-53
