Goal: develop a repeatable process for alignment and to allow active work (using those strategies) to take place

Success Criteria:

[ ] Process is designed to support transformation / skill development
[ ] Gets specific
[ ] Balances being the "expert" with showing, not telling

Next Steps:

[ ] Define the process for tech, product, procurement and user research
[ ] Prototype for process
[ ] Try in one area, reflect on how it went
[ ] Scale the process
