Is the dataset copyright free of charge?

I'm trying to participate in a certain competition, and I'm asking because I'm trying to learn with that dataset.

@imJaewooChoi Our labels are free. The labels of SAMRS are transformed from existing RS object detection datasets (DOTA, DIOR, FAIR1M), so we follow the license of them. We have provided the license in the dataset path:

The SAMRS dataset is available for the academic purpose only. Any researcher who uses the SAMRS dataset should obey the licence as below:

All of the SAMRS Dataset (data, annotation and software) are published under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 3.0 License (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/3.0/).
