Dear authors,
First, thank you for this nice tool!!
I observed that in the Category part of Retroscan shiny app, there is 4 categories (chimerical intact, pseudogene and retrogene). According to your paper, I was expecting 3 categories (Chimerical when localized in host genes, retrogene and retropseudogene).
Can you explained me the difference between intact and retrogene or could you please modified the retroscan code ?
Thank in advance
