feat: RateMyProf details for professors

My course selection process:

1. Open UVic course scheduling
2. Give up and open CourseUp
3. Search for a relevant class
4. Navigate to RateMyProf (RMP) of the classes instructor
5. Search for the professor to make sure they're sane
6. Close the tab and go back to CourseUp
7. Add the course if the professor seems competant

What if my workflow was:

1. Open CourseUp
2. Search the class
3. Instantly see professor rating and make an informed choice

Pros:

• [ ] Reduce friction
• [ ] Accelerates course selection and informs students who are unaware of RMP

Cons:

• [ ] Does RMP have an accessible API?
• [ ] RMP doesn't always accurately reflect how good a prof is
• [ ] Potentially involve CourseUp in politics?

Simply food for thought.
