Add Events for AOS and LOS #44

Instead of using generic Event to notifiy AOS and LOS from tracking component create specific classes. Add ground station and satellite ID's to new Event types. This simplifies handling of AOS and LOS events in other components.

Done. AOS and LOS notification events are scheduled with each new Track command release.
