Issue Title 1: Implement Payment Methods Management

Issue Description:

Manage Saved Payment Methods: Enable customers to securely manage their saved payment options, including credit/debit cards, UPI, and PayPal.
Add New Payment Methods: Allow customers to add new payment methods securely through a user-friendly interface.
View Payment History and Refunds: Provide customers with a detailed view of their past transactions, including payment history and any refunded amounts.

Acceptance Criteria:

Customers can add, remove, and view their saved payment methods.
Secure handling of sensitive payment data during the addition and management of payment methods.
Customers can see a history of payments and refunds related to their orders.
