It's not easy because it requires creating a signed driver to access to SuperIO chip. Plus it's very difficult because each SIO chip has different way to be controlled. Check repo from nagasia/msi-rgb to read more about this. He reversed his own and made a tool for linux

Oh, i see. That tool looks good but sadly i'm still on windows.
