There are no instructions on how to get the server up and running. As a user, I would like detailed instructions on how to get the server up and running in the README.md.

Hi Eric, the team is finishing the readme shortly, apologies. In the previous Nexmo version, we had a hosted Node server that did the server-side card publishing and verifications, so it wasn't necessary for the demo to run server code. In the v5 version, this is a new component and we just technically finished the code, but haven't released it yet. Vadim will be back with an update on ETA for Readme.

Also, thank you for test-driving our new Nexmo code before the public joint announcement!
