Use tag to filter (related to #143)
Allow users to set rules, e.g., filter by domain
- via historymap / browser popup
- An example: proxy-switchyomega

Would it be useful to have explicit sessions (like 'start a new chat' in ChatGPT), or simply use tags to filter?

Maybe starting a session is effectively automatically adding a tag (for that session) to all the tabs opened after that? This would be useful so long as there are more relevant pages than irrelevant ones.
