Render SO terms using glyph that is the nearest ancestor with a glyph #102

If an SO term does not have a glyph, then render it using the same glyph as the first ancestor up the SO tree that has a glyph assigned. For example, nucleotide_binding_site (SO:0001655) should be rendered using the binding_site (operator) glyph.
