Add datasource refresh frequency option #51

During Luna2010 http://www.lunganottedellaricerca.it/ we will demonstrate 
mixare to the public at T.I.S. 

There will be three busses carrying people around the city to the different 
"stations". Each bus will broadcast its GPS position in near-realtime (every 5 
sec.). We have the assurance that these data will be compatible with our JSON 
format ( http://code.google.com/p/mixare/wiki/DisplayYourOwnData ).

We need to enhance mixare so that it can fetch the updated positions of the 
busses.
