For email delivery the following data has to be sent to the back end (play):

UUIDs of receivers/groups of receivers
sender selection
sender address selection
subject line
email body

in addition the following data has to be kept in the back end (DB):

a mapping of roles(UUID) to sender addresses
all sent emails with the time they have been sent at
