document the new closed-source nature of the plugin #222

It was only by chance that I stumbled across your comment advising that the plugin is now closed source:

Also, noticed that the repo here does not have v0.7.0 tag. Is that something you plan to checkin?

There's no tag because that 0.7+ is closed-sorced, unless some decisions about plugin feature are made.

It would help future code browsers to know about that change if it was in the readme, and/or perhaps even remove the link to Source Code from the plugin page to make that point even more obvious.

FWIW, I'm sad to hear about that change

Can we get an update on the situation, including whether how one can influence some of these outstanding issues? It leads to a lot of uncertainty about whether this plugin needs to be forked to resurrect it from the dead or if JetBrains is paying for its development behind the scenes and an update will come out soon with the bugs fixed and features improved.

I've a draft of update, but forgot it on another laptop, will post this week. TL/DR: Sources are closed, it's my 20% project in JetBrains for now.
