Failed to submit a new song from Bilibili

I tried to upload a song with URL https://www.bilibili.com/video/av112796041743469/, the website said "internal server error". I think it might be because the AV number is too long.

Submit the song yourself.

I also found out there is a similar issue which is already closed #1772. Except that this AV ID is stupidly long, longer than the one in this issue. So maybe it is a good idea to parse BV IDs instead.
