- Mem leak fix performance stays the same/bit better with cps so far I tested
- New CMD /iris developer enginestatus
- SFG is now under Core instead of Engine
- New iris Setting "DynamicPerformance" doesn't do a lot atm but will do more later on.
- misc pregen changes
