Switched from Volmit pastes to Hastebin, due to the fact that the Volmit website has been down for a significant amount of time.

Updated version number.

For some reason this also changes the cull entity icon in the /re act gui, didn't mean to include that - though it does need fixing

Actually, no idea how to separate them into different PRs, so this will have to stay open.

Hastebin changed their protocols so this is borked :(

Will rollback my fork, close this pr, and find an alternative
