Avoid restarting the rtsp-server #10

After stopping capture the server refuses to start a new capture at the same path which is hard coded to "rtsp://localhost:5545/abc4".

This has been solved by switching away from RTSP to RTP which is supported directly by kurento. Kurento is now responsible for broadcasting the capture to many WebRTC clients.
