Improve audio quality #22

Right now the audio quality is awful. The stuttering makes it hard to listen to music or videos.

I have finally discovered the source of the stuttering. It's the dispatcher hub... As soon as two nodes connect the audio quality becomes awful. This is worrying because there is nothing I can do about this. I will have to switch away from kurento or switch to a version that fixes this problem.

I have switched to the official docker image for kurento. I am now using version 6.12 of kurento and I can experience sutter-free audio. Instability is still possible in very CPU demanding situations like 4k video but the audio stability is far better than in previous versions of kurento, the bottleneck was decoding the 4k video without hardware acceleration and not a problem with kurento.
